Chicken Adobo Sa Gata (Coconut Milk)

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 c sliced onions
1/2 kg chicken cut up
1/4 c banana blossom,soaked
1/4 c vinegar or to taste
1-1/2 c coconut milk
3 tbsp Maggi savour classic
1 (8g) Maggi magic sarap
1/2 tsp freshly cracked peppercorn
PREPARATION
1. Heat oil,saute' garlic and onions until limp.stir in chicken
and banana blossoms,cook for 5 minutes or until chicken turns
in white color.
2.add vinegar and bring to boil before stirring.pour
in coconut milk and season with maggi savor,maggi magic sarap,salt
and peppercorn.
3.simmer for another 10 minutes or until chicken
is tender and sauce thickens,but not dry.
