Thai's New Year Sea Bass

INGREDIENTS

1 lime
3 tablespoons of reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 1/4 pound sea bass fillets

For: 4 servings.

PREPARATION

Preheat broiler. Line a broiler pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Finely shred the peel of the lime to make 1 1/2 teaspoons. Squeeze the lime over a bowl to make 2 tablespoons juice. In a small bowl combine the shredded lime peel and juice, soy sauce, ginger, oil, garlic and red pepper flakes. Place the fish, skin side up on the prepared broiler pan. Drizzle the fish evenly with some of the sauce. Broil 4 inches from the heat about 20 minutes or until the fish flakes with a fork. Serve with remaining sauce on the side.
