Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Butter
2 cups Sugar, powdered
7 Egg whites
2 cups Chocolate, melted
2 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1 kg Walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 cups Chocolate chips

Make: 20 cookies

 

PREPARATION

1. Cream the butter and powdered sugar till fluffy.

2. Add the egg whites, one by one and keep creaming. Add the melted chocolate and beat. Sieve the flour and baking powder. Fold chopped walnuts and chocolate chips in the flour. Fold flour mixture in the butter mixture. Shape the cookie as you like and bake at 330°F till firm.
